"Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead" is hatching in the U.K. on April 8. The film is the latest hit from legendary filmmaker Lloyd Kaufman, who's "influence can be seen in nearly every independent filmmaker who cut his teeth in the video era, from Peter Jackson and Quentin Tarantino to South Park's Trey Parker" (The Onion, 12/06/07.)

Kaufman's "fowl movement will open in Northampton at the Picturedrome and wing its way across Britain faster than chopped liver.

COME AND MEET GOREZONE ON TOUR WITH...
Executive Producer Glen Schofield commented, “This team has worked on some tremendous properties but we have always wanted to work on something that was darker and creepier. We are all such huge fans of the horror and sci-fi genres; we wanted to create the most terrifying game we could, and keep the player on the edge of his seat the entire time.”  And they did, read more below.
Early this year in anticipation to our new game section of the mag EA Games invited us to a meeting with some of the games creative team and creators.

We were whisked through London to a secret location, where we were escorted by ‘space soldiers’ into an old lift shaft and transported into an underground chamber.

We don’t mind telling you it was eerie but Super Cool!!

It was down here that we meet up with the games Executive Producer Glen Schofield and some of his team. We were given a bit a background on him and his reasons for trying to make such a gruesome game.

Then the best bit…. We got to actually see the game itself being played (later we get play too)

WOW Gory? Yes, Monsters? Yes, Action packed? Yes.

I was very excited by some of the weapons like nothing I have seen before and there uses are going to be so cool like a, what I can only describe as a circular saw boomerang!! UMM Chop them into little bits!!

My heart really started racing when Isaac, our main character enters a zero gravity area, he is fighting against time to solve problems and keep breathing all the time defending himself from the horrors of the ship.

Every step has to carefully timed and maneuvered whilst trying to stay alive but the more aliens you fight the more air you use!!

I loved it!!

So we will keep everyone guessing and looking forward to more within the next few months.
